At 1,200 horsepower; 1,106 pound-feet of torque; 4,400 pounds; zero to 60 mph in 2.5 seconds; a top speed of 267 mph, Bugatti's Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse is the fastest, most expensive, most powerful series-production road car ever built.[1]
Bugatti was a French manufacturer of luxury cars from 1909 to the 1950s; they were well-known for the designs of their cars but the company struggled financially and manufactured their last car in the 1950s. The Bugatti brand is now owned by German company Volkswagen (which also owns Porsche). Ferrari is an Italian company.

Bugatti currently only produces the Veyron 16.4. The 16C Galiber, a 1000 HP sedan, is a concept car that is expected to go on sale in 2015.
Ferrari currently has four road models: the California (grand tourer convertible), the 458 Italia (sports car), F12 Berlinetta (grand tourer) and the FF (grand tourer).

Many Ferrari cars were recalled in May 2012 because the engines had a tendency to suddenly freeze.
Awards
The Bugatti Veyron was named Car of the Decade by Top Gear, and won the show’s Best Car Driven All Year award in 2005.
The Ferrari 458 Spider was named the Best Cabrio 2012 by Auto Zeitung magazine and Best Sports Car and Convertible by The Sunday Times in 2012. The Ferrari 458 Italia was also named Best Driver’s Car in 2011 by Motor Trend.
